90-Day Return Window Policy

Purpose

This policy explains the timeframe in which you can request a return for items purchased from PhysioFitLab. It supplements (and should be read together with) our Return & Refund Policy.

How the 90-day window works

  • The 90-day period starts on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date for each parcel.

  • If your order ships in multiple parcels, the window for each item starts on the date its parcel is delivered.

  • To be covered by this window, you must request a return authorization (RMA) within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility within the window

Items may be returned within 90 days if they are:

  • New and unused, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals; or

  • Defective, damaged, or not as described on arrival.

  • Some personal-use items that contact skin may be unreturnable once opened unless defective (see Return & Refund Policy for item-level exceptions).

What is not covered by the window

  • Items clearly marked final sale on the product page

  • Digital gift cards

  • Returns requested after 90 days from delivery

  • Returns sent without an RMA

Your responsibilities & timelines

  • Request RMA: Email support@physiofitlab.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return (photos for defect/damage help).

  • Ship back promptly: Once RMA is issued, please ship the item within 14 days following the provided instructions.

  • Use a trackable service and include the RMA in the parcel.

Return shipping costs (summary)

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds & exchanges (timing overview)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

  • Typical processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection (your bank may take additional time to post the credit).

  • Exchanges are offered when stock is available—let us know your preference in the RMA request.

Proof of purchase

A valid order number (or receipt) is required for all returns under this policy.

We may update this policy as needed. The “Updated” date reflects the latest version.
