Brand & Trademark Attribution

Purpose and Scope

This page explains how PhysioFitLab handles brand names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property when we describe, market, and deliver products available on www.physiofitlab.com. It applies to all places where our product information appears, including the website, product packaging inserts we provide, customer service materials, emails, and advertising placements.
Our goals: respect intellectual property, describe products accurately and transparently, and avoid any implication of affiliation or endorsement by third parties unless we have explicit written permission.

Our Core Principles

  • IP Respect: We do not intentionally use third-party brand names, logos, or trade dress in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

  • Accuracy Over Hype: Product descriptions focus on specifications, dimensions, materials, performance, and practical use—not on name-dropping brands.

  • Minimal Necessary Reference: If a third-party name must be referenced to explain compatibility, we use the least wording necessary and add a clear non-affiliation statement.

  • No Counterfeits: We do not knowingly list, advertise, or ship counterfeit items. If a concern is raised, we act quickly to investigate and remediate.

How We Reference Third-Party Brands (When Necessary)

Most of our catalogue is brand-agnostic. If a limited, factual reference is required (for example, to identify size or interface compatibility), we follow these rules:

  • Nominative fair use only: Any mention of a third-party name is solely to identify compatibility or intended purpose (e.g., “compatible with [Brand/Model]”), never to suggest the item is made by, sponsored by, or endorsed by that brand.

  • Non-affiliation statement: Where such a reference appears, we include language to clarify that there is no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

  • No logos or trade dress: We do not display third-party logos, branded badges, or packaging designs unless we have prior written permission to do so.

  • Metadata parity: Any necessary brand reference will be consistent across page copy, alt text, structured data (schema.org), and product feeds, and will always include the non-affiliation context.
    Example phrasing (when strictly necessary): “This accessory is compatible with [Brand/Model]. [Brand] is a trademark of its respective owner. Use of the name is for identification purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.”

Imagery, Packaging, and “Incidental Marks”

  • Intent: Our intent is to ship unbranded products and plain packaging unless otherwise stated on the product page. We audit imagery before publication to avoid third-party logos or trade dress.

  • Ownership: All such marks are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is incidental and does not indicate affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

  • Customer choice: If you prefer a plain/white-label version, contact us and we will arrange a replacement (where available) or provide a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Continuous improvement: We proactively request logo-free components and packaging from suppliers and remove any images that contain third-party marks from our site.

Product Naming, Data Feeds, and Structure

  • Titles & Descriptions: We write neutral, descriptive titles and copy. If no legitimate brand/GTIN exists for a generic item, we do not invent one.

  • Images & Alt Text: We avoid third-party marks in images and alt text.

  • Structured Data (schema.org/Product): We publish accurate attributes and avoid implying brand affiliation.

  • Merchant Feeds: We align product feeds with on-site content and exclude trademarked terms unless necessary for nominative fair use with clear non-affiliation language.

User-Generated Content

Customer reviews and community posts may occasionally include third-party names. Such mentions reflect the user’s own words. If a rights holder flags problematic UGC, we will review and, where appropriate, edit, hide, or remove the content.

Requests from Rights Holders (Takedown & Correction)

If you are a trademark owner or authorized agent and believe our site includes content that infringes your rights or misuses your marks, please email support@physiofitlab.com with:

  • Your full name, organization, and authority to act;

  • Identification of the trademark(s) or IP at issue (including registration details, if applicable);

  • Exact URL(s) on our site and a brief description of the concern;

  • Your preferred contact information.
    What happens next: We typically acknowledge valid notices within 24–48 business hours on business days. We will promptly remove or correct the referenced material while we review your request, and we will follow up with our findings and any permanent corrective actions.

Customer Guidance

If you receive an item that includes an unexpected third-party name or logo and you prefer a plain alternative, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange a replacement with an unbranded equivalent (where available) or a refund consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.

No Waiver of Rights

Nothing on this page grants any license or right to use third-party trademarks. All trademarks, service marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
