ORDERS & TRACKING

Yes—an order confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email once shipped.

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return the item within 90 days of receipt following our return policy.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@physiofitlab.com to update your shipping address.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In that case, you may need to coordinate with the carrier directly or initiate a return following our return policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return eligible items within 90 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Some items, such as custom or personalized products and opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, are non-returnable.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: PhysioFitLab covers the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label if applicable.

Change of mind or wrong size/color: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  2. After review, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within up to 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
