This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the PhysioFitLab website.
Return Window
Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand may cancel their purchase and return products within 90 days of receipt.
Return Instructions
Return Notification: To initiate a return, email support@physiofitlab.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we’ll send detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Specific Return & Refund Conditions
Change of Mind: Return within 90 days if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Defective Goods: Contact us immediately for instructions. PhysioFitLab covers return shipping and will provide a replacement or refund after inspection.
Damaged Goods: Email photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess, cover return shipping if applicable, and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product Received: Contact us and we’ll arrange return shipping and send the correct item.
Product Never Arrived: Contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If not found, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.
Cancellation After Order: You may cancel before shipment. If shipped, please complete the return after delivery.
Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods
Notify support@physiofitlab.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items and as soon as reasonably possible for defects. Include clear photos and your order number. Upon approval after inspection, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
Policy for Non-Damaged Goods
If you change your mind, you may return unused and undamaged products within 90 days in their original packaging.
